Molly Kennedy is an award-winning, international youth resilience speaker and author of Creating the Champion Within. Molly grew up in a dysfunctional family with addiction, divorce, abuse, neglect, abandonment, suffered from an eating disorder, was suicidal and a runaway at 15 years old.
She ‘walks the walk’ when it comes to resiliency, grit and perseverance.
Molly is a graduate of Mercyhurst University and Western Michigan University. Molly has spent the past 20+ years inspiring teens to “Create the Champion Within.” She has worked with teens as a Certified Athletic Trainer, Health Educator and Coach.
Her enthusiasm, sense of humor and gut-level honesty inspires teens and young adults to believe in themselves and know that everything is possible. Molly shares her story so teens can rewrite theirs. Her heart’s work is to inspire teens across the country to develop a resilient mindset that breeds confidence and success. She is going to help our students "Unlock their Potential".
